Last month I visited Japan for the first time, and it ended up being a bit of a research trip as well as a holiday! I stayed in Tokyo before visiting Hakone, Kyoto and Osaka on the Shinkansen. It was such a wonderful trip and I came across so many interesting and beautiful things, so I thought I'd share a small selection of snaps of places and things that caught my eye.
