Orders

Each piece is handcrafted by me in my Glasgow studio. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, please allow 5–7 working days for your order to be dispatched. I always do my best to send orders sooner where possible, but this may vary depending on current workload and the piece you've ordered. If you require something for a particular date, please get in touch before ordering.

You'll receive email updates throughout your order, including confirmation when your order is placed and when it has been dispatched.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order and issue a full refund where necessary.

Delivery

UK orders over £200 qualify for free delivery. Orders under £200 are charged at the appropriate postage rate at checkout and are sent using a Royal Mail tracked service appropriate to the value of your order.

International orders are usually sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Please note that some countries have restrictions on shipping jewellery, so an alternative postal service may occasionally be required.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or because it has not been collected, I reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible so I can investigate with the courier.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply once the parcel reaches the destination country.

Returns

If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, please get in touch. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unworn, unaltered and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Bespoke and commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless faulty. Alterations may be possible depending on the design.

Return postage and appropriate insurance are the responsibility of the customer unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error.

To arrange a return, please email me with your order number and reason for returning the item. I'll then provide the returns address and further instructions.

Other

Prices, availability and specifications may change without notice. Every effort is made to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate, however I reserve the right to correct any errors.

As every piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, finish and form are part of their individual character. Please also note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or monitor settings.
